Archie Kleopfer, DVM

Dr. Archie Kleopfer has owned and operated his veterinary clinic in Lake Worth Beach, Florida since 2002.  He leads a team of animal care professionals who consider each other family.  After offering veterinary care from farm-to-farm for small and large animals(primarily dairy) in Wisconsin, Dr. Archie moved to Florida and began caring for dogs and cats.  Prior to that, he served as a veterinarian and practice manager in a four doctor practice and as a veterinarian for small and large animals.  Born and raised in Indiana, Dr. Archie graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor’s in science in 1979 and his Doctor in Veterinary Medicine in 1983.  Dr. Archie is currently a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, American Association of Feline Practitioners, Florida Veterinary Medical Association, Palm Beach Veterinary Society, Purdue Alumni, and the Greater Lake Worth Chamber of Commerce.

Tina

Office Manager, Tina has been with Dr. Archie since the clinic opened  in July 2002.   Tina has worked in some aspect of  Veterinary medicine since 1990’s.  She spent many years as Dr. Archie’s lead technician until transitioning to office manager in 2021.  She has a special interest in behavior and is Fear Fear Certified.  Her commitment to the team, as well as her dedication to our patients and their owners, provides a guiding force each and every day.    Tina tells us that the best part of her job is “watching the transformation of sick and injured pets to ones with a healthier, brighter future ahead of them.”

Sasha

Sasha, our front desk representative, has been an essential part of Dr. Archie’s team since 2016.  Her career within the animal field began in 2006 as a client service representative.  From there, she worked her way up the ladder to a lead pharmacy technician role where she really thrived in the fast paced environment and got to put all her skills to use.  In 2012 Sasha was promoted to HR Manager.  During this time she was able to learn and gain knowledge in other aspects of the animal field.   In her spare time Sasha loves to read, go to the movies, and spend time in nature.

Ro

Ro, our Veterinary Technician, joined Dr. Archie’s team in 2020.  Originally from New Jersey, Ro has been a Veterinary Technician since 2004.  In addition to working in clinic, Ro also assists Dr. Archie during house calls.  Ro says, ” The joy of knowing I can make a difference saving, assisting, caring, and helping save lives makes me feel joyful.  I have a great passion for my furry babies and their families.”    In her free time, Ro enjoys spending time with her son and her two furry dogs.

Karen

Karen, our Veterinary Technician, joined Dr. Archie’s team in 2021.  Her history of saving animals goes back to when she was 15 years old.  Karen performed mouth to mouth on her friend’s hamster.  The hamster lived to tell the “tail”.  Karen began her journey in Veterinary medicine in 1999 as a kennel assistant.  Through the years she advanced to the role of Veterinary technician.  She believes her work is much more than a job, it is a career she loves.  Karen says, “I hope I have made a difference to pets that do not have a voice.”

Mei Lin

Mei Lin, our Veterinary Assistant, joined Dr. Archie’s team in 2019.  Mei Lin is everyone’s “go to” for help.   Her willingness to lend a hand has made her an important asset to our team.  Mei Lin keeps our hospitalized patients clean, comfortable, and well fed.  Her quick wit helps brighten our days.  In her spare time, Mei Lin enjoys working on her artistic projects and spending time with her beloved pets.
